我們的服務 Our Services
藝述行 因應不同服務使用者為他們提供不同形式的表達藝術治療服務。當中包括個別治療、小組治療、體驗工作坊及外展服務，以配合不同NGOS及個別人仕的需要。治療師會視乎當事人的情況和需要，為他們建議不同的服務，所有治療和工作坊內容均由治療師為服務使用者的心理和個人需要而特別設計，為當事人提供一個安全和自由的空間，運用藝術和言語的介入以達致個人成長。
Expressoul provide various services to meet the needs of our users. We offer Individual therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, experiential workshops and outreach services for different organizations, such as schools, social centers, NGOs or companies.
The goals, lengths and other details of the sessions/ services can be flexible and tailor made based on the needs of our service users and the assessment made by the therapist.
個別治療
在安全和支持的環境下，治療師以一對一的方式與服務對象同行，進行評估、訂立目標、提供表達藝術的治療服務。每一節個別治療會面時間大約為為60至90分鐘。
Individual therapy sessions
Based on a safe and supportive environment, therapist will work one to one closely with the service user. Therapist will set goals with the user, provide customized therapy sessions, conducted on-going assessment and evaluations. Each session will be carefully planned and designed. The duration of a session will generally be around 60-90 minutes.
小組治療
在安全和支持的環境下，治療師以小組的方式與服務對象同行，進行評估、訂立目標、提供表達藝術的治療服務，在藝術創作的過程中見證和分享，並透過小組動力建立正向關係。
Group therapy sessions
The therapist will work closely with a group of 4 to 8 participants based on a safe and supportive environment, and to develop supportive relationship within the group. Therapist will set goals with the users, provide customized therapy sessions, conducted on-going assessment and evaluations. Each session will be carefully planned and designed.
表達藝術治療工作坊
本中心提供單次性或不定期的表達藝術治療工作坊，除了由本中心所舉辦的工作坊外，我們亦歡近與不同機構的合作機會，屆時會按機構的需要進行有關表達藝術治療的工作坊，如「壓力管理」、「職員培訓」、「團隊合作」等。
Expressive Arts Therapy Workshop
Workshops will be designed and held base of different themes, for example: stress reduction, self- exploring and experiential in arts. The workshop's theme can be tailor made on irregular bases such as: one-off, 2-4 sessions, weekly basis or monthly etc. We also welcome organisation to contact us for cooperation.

本中心會為不同機構、團體、學校、非牟利機構、公司提供外展服務，歡迎與本中心聯絡了解更多。
Outreach services
Expressoul are welcome to provide outreach services for different Organizations, Schools, NGOs and companies. Such as offering individual therapy session, group therapy session, and workshop. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
